At Kleyn we aim to provide a professional and friendly service to all our patients. We strive for perfection and encourage patients to share their feedback with us and to be honest and open about the service we provide.
Each time a patient has an appointment with us a member of our team asks them to complete a confidential patient satisfaction questionnaire. This information is very important to us as it provides us with an indication of the patients’ experience. The information is also used by the local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s) to monitor and review the quality of service we are providing to patients.
To ensure patients receive the highest standard of care, responses to our questionnaire are reviewed by the management team and any changes that may be needed to our service are discussed, agreed and implemented. We also work closely with each service provider to ensure patient satisfaction is achieved.
